BizXcel™ develops new Budget Accelerator for the Insurance Industry
About the Accelerator – BizXcel™’s budget accelerator, powered by Qlik Sense® and INFORM, and developed by the BizXcel™ Team is an online tool created to meet budgetary needs across all industries. There are three applications within the budget accelerator: Sales, Operational, and wages.
The Premium Application provides an overview of financial accounts with drill-down capabilities for a full analysis per Account Executive, Division, or Product category.
The Operations Application divides financials by category, subcategory and items or item groups to allow for planning based on the organization’s needs. These can then be tied to GL Accounts to bring it all together.
The Wages Budget Application offers multiple benefits including staff planning which is matched against pay rates to create a budget forecast. It also provides for FTE (full time equivalent) planning and the ability to foresee required staffing resources for future work. With the use of this application, organizations can plan wage rates into the future and have it take effect in the appropriate period.
This accelerator, combined with the Insurance Financial Accelerator provides budget and forecast reporting applications that allow for automated number crunching and an agile budgeting process.
