Beginnings
As part of an early evaluation process, a list of concerns and objectives is uncovered. This evaluation can come from management, customers or from the employees. Sometimes management knows there is a need for specific training, sometimes a dysfunctional team demands concerns be heard, and action taken. BizXcel has the skills to quickly drill down and identify the concerns and objectives of participants. Evaluation of the concerns and objectives is an integral part of our training process. This identification is what is used to customize proposals to meet the needs of the corporation, the department, the teams and the individuals.
Rapport
BizXcel knows that the trainers must understand the client, the organization they are working with, and must know its core work environment. The team at BizXcel takes the time to ensure this communication is given to the trainers, and ensures sufficient research has been completed prior to commencement of programs. Our team is experienced in a wide variety of workplace environments, each team member at BizXcel has been selected to reflect the diverse organizations and workplace industries. They are all schooled in diverse backgrounds from municipal government, financial institutions, manufacturing, human resources, retail, provincial and federal government projects, health and fitness. Receptivity
BizXcel ensures the training environment is conducive to the attendees enjoying maximum learning. Employees must want to be in our courses, they must be receptive to learning. We ensure our best is given to make the employees comfortable, to make the environment a safe atmosphere where they can be open with themselves, and with the trainers. We strive to ensure the environment is stress free, and that interruptions and distractions are removed. The opportunity for leadership and teamwork is created in the classroom in order for attendees to then apply the skills learned and uncovered in their day to day work. Individuals are led through a series of presented skills, and then given the opportunity to apply the new skills. We ensure students have relevant methods, tools, demonstrations, discussions and facilitative situations to practice the new skills. Action plans to ensure the employee utilizes every opportunity to apply the new skills in the workplace are written. The trainers at BizXcel ensure each employee is confident to take the new found skills back to work the next day and apply them with success. Follow up, and the invitation to remain in contact with the trainers is encouraged as part of our uniqueness. BizXcel teaches how to build relationships, and each member of the team at BizXcel lives that lesson too.
