BizXcel Announces Transition Of Ownership

BizXcel is pleased to announce that after November 2025, the company has transitioned ownership to a new ownership group including Lucas Blancher, Jason Hurd and Loan Duong. This transition marks an exciting new chapter that will continue the strong legacy built over 25 years of serving our customers, partners, and community. 

Under new ownership, BizXcel will continue to maintain its commitment to excellence, innovation, and exceptional customer service. The new leadership shares our values and vision for growth, ensuring continuity for our clients and employees alike. 

As part of this transition, Robert Stickle, Chief Executive Officer and founder of BizXcel, will be retiring in 2026 after working with the new ownership team to smoothly transfer operations. Robert leaves behind a remarkable legacy of leadership, dedication, and success. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Robert for his decades of commitment and for building BizXcel into the respected organization it is today. 

We also take a moment to remember Gary Gzik, whose vision and passion shaped BizXcel into what it is today. Though Gary is no longer with us, his influence continues to be felt in the company’s culture, relationships, and enduring memory. 

Under the new ownership group, Lucas Blancher will continue to lead BizXcel’s day-to-day operations as President and CEO. Looking ahead with enthusiasm, Lucas shared, “BizXcel has a strong team, amazing clients, and a world of opportunities that we’re eager to explore in the coming years.” 

Jason and Loan of Server Cloud Canada, Cloud Metric, and Telcom Metric bring strategic alignment and valuable synergies with their existing businesses, helping to strengthen BizXcel’s technology and service capabilities.
