What’s Included:

  • Token set up and administration

  • User set up and changes

  • Security set up and changes

  • Server administration of starting and shutting down

  • Adjustments to existing tasks

  • Installation of up to 2 updates per year plus any updates or patches required to resolve Qlik software issues

 

What NOT Included:

  • Actual back up of the server

  • Application development, adjustments or customizations

    • Including adding, editing or removing content

    • Publishing of new applications

    • Data source configuration
